Amsted Seals and Forming is committed to employee development and offers online courses through the Amsted Learning Management Center, as well as the tuition reimbursement program for external learning opportunities. An employee pursuing an undergraduate degree may be reimbursed $5,000 annually for the cost of tuition, registration, books and supplies as required. Courses taken as part of a graduate program will be reimbursed $5,000 as well as an additional $5,000 (taxable) per calendar year.
